First Class Wash (FC Wash) is based in Dallas–Fort Worth and available for suitable projects within approximately six hours’ driving distance. We clean commercial and industrial exteriors for property teams, facility managers and contractors.
Focus
Why we went commercial.
Our work started with pure-water window cleaning and pressure washing. We kept running into the same problem on larger buildings: reaching the surface took more time and equipment than cleaning it.
We invested in the Apellix B2 drone cleaning platform so we could approach those buildings differently. Drone cleaning now leads what we do. Conventional window, soft and pressure washing complete each scope wherever they're the better tool.
