Our process

1. 1Inspection and test spot — we confirm surface type, tile condition, and the right solution strength.
2. 2Protect the property: windows, fixtures, and landscaping are pre-wet and covered as needed.
3. 3Low-pressure application of the cleaning solution, then a controlled dwell so the growth is killed, not just blown off.
4. 4Gentle rinse, gutter and downspout flush, then a walk-through with you. Free re-clean within 7 days.
