We scope elevations, heights, setbacks, and staging, then map the flight path and confirm airspace and building access.

Drone cleaning FAQ.
How high can the drone actually clean?
Well past 20 stories. The B2 is tethered and computer-stabilized, so it holds position against the building instead of drifting like a camera drone.
Does it cost more than traditional high-rise cleaning?
Usually less. Once you remove lift rental, permits, closures, and crew hours at height, drone cleaning typically comes in under a conventional access quote.
What about wind and weather?
We fly inside the manufacturer's wind limits and reschedule when conditions are out of spec — same as any high-rise access method.
Is it insured?
Yes — fully insured with a COI on file before the first visit, and flown by a licensed remote pilot.
Can you still do the bottom floors by hand?
Always. Every drone job includes hand detailing of ground-level glass, frames, and entry doors.
