Capabilities
Methods, surfaces and how we choose.
A practical overview of what we clean, which method fits each surface, and how a commercial exterior-cleaning project is assessed and delivered.
01 / Method by surface
The right tool for each elevation.
| Surface / area | Drone suitable | Typical method |
|---|---|---|
| Multi-story glass / curtain wall | Often | Drone · Window cleaning |
| Storefront & entry glass | Ground level | Window cleaning |
| Stucco, EIFS, painted masonry | Often | Drone · Soft wash |
| Metal panel, ACM, fiber cement | Often | Drone · Soft wash |
| Tilt-wall & industrial elevations | Often | Drone · Soft wash |
| Sidewalks, plazas, garages | Ground level | Pressure washing |
| Dumpster pads & service areas | Ground level | Pressure washing |
Suitability is confirmed per building during the assessment.
03 / Equipment
Apellix B2 power-wash platform.
Our drone work uses the Apellix B2. The manufacturer lists a maximum height of up to 195 feet; reach on a specific building is confirmed during assessment. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, and we carry drone-specific aviation insurance plus general business liability coverage. The videos below are manufacturer demonstrations, not FC Wash projects.
04 / Our work
Commercial glass, cleaned by our crews.
Storefront window cleaning completed by FC Wash in North Texas.

05 / Process
How projects are assessed and delivered.
Step 01
Assess
We review the address, elevations, surfaces, access points and site constraints — remotely first, on site when needed.
Step 02
Propose
You get a written scope: which elevations, which method for each surface, and what the site needs to provide.
Step 03
Schedule
We set dates around occupants, business hours, weather and any airspace or access coordination.
Step 04
Clean
Drone and conventional crews work the agreed scope, with one point of contact on site.
Step 05
Walkthrough
We review the finished elevations with you and note anything that needs follow-up.
Next step
Tell us about the building.
Send the address and what needs cleaning. We'll review access and surfaces and come back with a recommended method and scope.
