With drone access

One crew for the ground and the building.

Pressure washing often goes with a drone facade or glass scope. Combining them means one mobilization and one point of contact for the whole exterior.

How drone cleaning works

Process

From assessment to walkthrough.

  1. Assess

We review the address, elevations, surfaces, access points and site constraints — remotely first, on site when needed.

  2. Propose

You get a written scope: which elevations, which method for each surface, and what the site needs to provide.

  3. Schedule

We set dates around occupants, business hours, weather and any airspace or access coordination.

  4. Clean

Drone and conventional crews work the agreed scope, with one point of contact on site.

  5. Walkthrough

We review the finished elevations with you and note anything that needs follow-up.

Questions

Common questions.

Can you work after hours?+

Concrete and entry work is often best done when traffic is low. We agree times for each site in the proposal.

Do you handle recurring dumpster-pad and entry cleaning?+

Yes. Recurring service is scoped per property, based on traffic and how fast it gets dirty.

What about wastewater?+

We plan water handling as part of the scope and discuss any site-specific requirements during the assessment.

Will pressure washing damage the surface?+

We match pressure and method to the surface. Delicate facade finishes are soft washed instead.
