With drone access
Upper glass without a lift on every elevation.
The drone can reach upper glass from the ground, so we can often reduce lift time, rope access or swing-stage setup. Whether that works on your building depends on the site, surfaces and airspace — we confirm it during the assessment.

We review the address, elevations, surfaces, access points and site constraints — remotely first, on site when needed.
Propose
You get a written scope: which elevations, which method for each surface, and what the site needs to provide.
Schedule
We set dates around occupants, business hours, weather and any airspace or access coordination.
Clean
Drone and conventional crews work the agreed scope, with one point of contact on site.
Walkthrough
We review the finished elevations with you and note anything that needs follow-up.

Do you clean interior glass as well?+
Our focus is exterior glass. Interior glass at entries and lobbies can be added to a scope — tell us what you need in the inquiry.
Can you work around business hours?+
Yes, we schedule around occupants and operating hours. Specific windows are agreed during the proposal, based on the site.
Do you offer recurring service?+
Yes. Many properties need entry glass on a regular cycle and upper elevations less often. We'll recommend a cadence after the assessment.
What water do you use?+
We clean with deionized (DI) pure water through water-fed poles, so glass dries spot-free without squeegeeing every pane. Where detailing is needed, crews use conventional tools on frames and sills.
How high can you reach from the ground?+
Water-fed poles cover most low- and mid-rise glass from the ground. Taller elevations are handled by drone where the site allows, or conventional access — confirmed during the assessment.
